This position is responsible for delivering high-impact staffing services that drive hiring outcomes, credibility, and long-term success for the Investments organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with investment leaders and stakeholders to attract, assess, and deliver high-quality talent aligned to both role requirements and firm culture.
Serving as a trusted advisor, this individual will guide hiring managers and candidates through the full selection process while strengthening the firm’s employment brand across local markets and the broader investment management community. The role encompasses full lifecycle recruiting and requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal clients, candidates, and external partners. A high degree of creativity, strategic recruiting vision, business acumen, and organizational discipline is essential.
Responsibilities of the Role
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers across the Investments organization to understand talent needs and develop targeted, multi-channel recruiting strategies
Provide exceptional client service by managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Build and maintain robust pipelines of investment talent to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning
Develop comprehensive search strategies, including detailed role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, sourcing approaches, and interview frameworks
Review and align on recruiting plans with stakeholders to set expectations and ensure shared accountability
Continuously identify and implement creative, effective, and cost-efficient sourcing strategies
Leverage external market intelligence and industry insights to remain informed, proactive, and competitive in talent markets
Partner with external search firms as needed to support senior-level and specialized searches
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, external resume databases, and the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) to identify and engage top talent
Manage internal and external job postings across career sites and relevant third-party platforms
Construct, extend, and negotiate competitive offers across a range of seniority levels
Requirements of the Role
10+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience.
5+ years supporting talent acquisition for investment or financial services professionals in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics within competitive investment talent markets
Experience recruiting across a range of investment disciplines, such as portfolio management, investment research, quantitative and fundamental strategies, risk management, and portfolio construction
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
Working knowledge of HR practices and concepts as they relate to the recruiting lifecycle, including compensation and benefits
Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong initiative, follow-through, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted, proactive relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
