The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Israel. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our rapidly expanding company by hiring top talent across Engineering, product, and marketing teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces creative sourcing, and is passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting
    Own the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and engaging candidates to assessing, closing candidates
  • Source 
    Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through strategic sourcing techniques and innovative outreach.
  • Be a Strategic Talent Partner
    Collaborate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and executives to deeply understand hiring needs and drive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Champion Candidate Experience
    Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate throughout the interview process.
  • Drive Recruiting Projects
    Design and execute projects that enhance and optimize recruitment operations and tools.
  • Think Creatively
    Leverage cutting-edge tools, channels, and techniques to discover and attract top-tier talent.
  • Support Interview Excellence
    Partner with interview teams to create a consistent and structured interview process that reflects Navan’s high standards and values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruiting within fast-moving, high-growth companies ( preferably within tech/startups).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Passion for providing top-notch client and candidate experiences.
  • Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing.
  • Metrics-driven mindset—you know your conversion rates and what drives them.
  • Creative, agile thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
  • A love for travel is a bonus—after all, we’re Navan.
