As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll focus on hiring top talent for our professional recruiting function with a primary focus on the Supply Chain and R&D organizations. You’ll partner with leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire top talent in the industry. Utilizing strong skills in stakeholder management and candidate engagement, you will ensure success in our rapidly growing business.
The individual in this role will leverage passive and active recruitment methods, including social networking, and will serve as a Talent Advisor to Human Resources Business Partners and Hiring Managers. This includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal compliance as necessary.
You will have the opportunity to participate in projects that drive efficiencies and enhance our Talent Acquisition strategies; and create team building activities that foster an engaging workplace culture.

Proactively source and attract talent with a consistent employer brand story.

As a Talent Advisor, foster a consultative approach to deploy recruitment strategies and action plans to develop strong pipelines and high-quality candidates.

Leverage strong understanding of the business to consult with hiring managers on recruitment, talent attraction and pipelining.

Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective talent.

Conduct effective candidate screening and present recommendations to hiring managers.

What you will bring to the table (must have)

Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years of relevant recruiting experience
-
Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
It would be great if you have (nice to have)

Supply Chain corporate and manufacturing management level recruitment experience

R&D corporate and manufacturing management level recruitment experience

Corporate recruitment experience in Food and/or CPG industries

Demonstrated ability to manage a high requisition volume in a fast-paced environment

Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing

Experience with automated applicant/requisition tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiter

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$89,400-$128,600
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
