Role Summary:

Agero’s talent bar is unmatched with our Talent Acquisition team playing a critical role in ensuring business leaders are matched with the best talent the market has to offer.

We are looking for a business focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter with an exceptional eye for spotting talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead a range of searches and will be expected to play a leadership role in building sourcing, attraction & assessment strategies and ultimately, influencing decision making.


Key Outcomes:

  • Develop an understanding of the Agero business strategy & how it directly connects to our ability to attract top talent.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Agero’s attributes of top talent.
  • Build and invest in relationships with key business partners and peers in HR.
  • Understand the Agero recruiting process, highest areas’ of impact required by internal partners and corresponding processes and systems.


Day to Day:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be expected to manage the day-to-day full lifecycle talent acquisition needs for a variety of internal teams (STEM, non STEM) using active and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will understand the value and importance of a great candidate experience and the role talent branding plays in doing so. We need a person who can persuasively sell and communicate Agero’s EVP in a manner that draws the smartest, most ambitious and motivated talent the market has to offer. You must have experience with how to plan, develop and deliver hiring plans but most importantly, you must have an incredible eye for talent and have the underlying assessment capabilities to help managers better understand the capabilities of the talent you present. 

The ideal candidate will have a track record of business focused TA roles and high impact candidate delivery. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is the ultimate team player - sharing their experience and insights throughout the team and business.

What we're looking for in you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in client facing recruiting roles
  • You have recruited for STEM roles within the past 3 years
  • Team player both on and off the court - You pride yourself on building relationships and partnering with business leadership
  • You are competitive and curious
  • You have prior experience with formal assessment techniques and technologies
  • You are flexible and plan for change – not every sourcing strategy works right off the bat – you know that and prepare and communicate a broad array of options to your partners
  • Strong organizational skills 


Hiring In:

  • United States: ability to be on-site 1x per week in Medford, MA.
