Position Overview

As a member of the Talent Acquisition function, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to assigned business units, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent. This role will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Essential Responsibilities

40% - Leads end-to-end and hybrid recruitment for multiple business functions, managing complex searches from intake through offer ensuring an effective, equitable, and compliant hiring process.
20% - Partners strategically with leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and advise on talent decisions and candidate selection.
10% - Builds and strengthens relationships with key business partners, including the TA and Finance partnership and other assigned functions.
10% - Mentors and develops TA team members, sharing recruiting and sourcing expertise, providing coaching and feedback, and helping develop team members.
10% - Develops and executes proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified talent, leveraging recruiting technology, talent market data, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
10% - Supports TA initiatives and projects that advance organizational talent strategies, recruiting capabilities, and the overall maturity of the TA function.

Required Education & Experience

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, selection practices, and employment-related requirements.
Demonstrated ability to consult with and influence leaders and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and talent decisions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop less experienced TA team members and share recruiting best practices.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
Experience supporting recruitment within a financial services, credit union, banking, or other regulated environment.
Experience leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives.

Job Environment & Physical Requirements

Hybrid position with the expectation to be on site as needed to collaborate with leaders and team members. Minimum of one day per week in office required.
Office setting with physical proximity to other employees. Some background noise from other employees, copy machine, and telephone.
