What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor/Talent Strategist for hiring team and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring partners to understand hiring needs and develop targeted, effective hiring strategies.
Source and engage top engineering talent through advanced methods including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, networking, and social media — with a focus on passive and niche candidate profiles.
Build and maintain diverse, inclusive talent pipelines that support GE Vernova's broader talent objectives.
Deliver regular reporting and trend analysis to stakeholders, translating recruitment data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter hiring decisions.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first contact through onboarding, representing GE Vernova's employer brand with clarity and conviction.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
Serve as a strategic advisor to Hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidacy trade-off analysis, and guidance on competitive offer structuring aligned with internal compensation frameworks and guidelines.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization, including career development, culture, and total rewards.
Support onboarding activities by liaising with HR Ops Team and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Apply a solution-oriented mindset to address day-to-day recruitment challenges and propose effective solutions
Required Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. MBA (HR) is a preference.
9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on engineering hiring across energy, power systems, industrial automation, or related technical domains
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches requiring advanced sourcing, offer negotiation, and executive stakeholder management
Proven expertise in building and managing diverse talent pipelines through proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement
Proven ability to use recruitment data and market insights to optimize hiring outcomes and influence strategy
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to all stakeholders.
