Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Recruiter – North America to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Vectra AI. This role will focus primarily on hiring across the United States, supporting non-technical/GTM positions.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and attract top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Recruit across a variety of functions, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and other corporate functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates for relevant experience, skills, motivation, and overall alignment with the role.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process and ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers on interview feedback, candidate selection, and offer discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide hiring managers and leadership with regular updates on pipelines, market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Represent Vectra AI's employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting within the United States.
  • Experience recruiting across non-technical/GTM roles.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. technology talent market.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed/global Talent Acquisition team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for GTM organizations, particularly roles such as , Security Engineers, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Leadership.
  • Experience supporting hiring across multiple U.S. regions and time zones.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and hiring considerations.
  • Experience with talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to recruiting.
