Serve as a customer-facing cybersecurity advisor throughout the sales cycle. Lead discovery sessions, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, and solution architecture design. Advise customers on integrating Vectra with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, cloud, identity, and other security platforms. Support partners, respond to RFPs, explain security outcomes to technical and executive audiences, contribute to account strategy, and represent the company at industry events.

Provides pre-sales cybersecurity expertise through technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, solution architecture, and customer advisory. Partners with sales teams, customers, and channel partners to integrate Vectra’s platform with security ecosystems including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, cloud, and identity technologies. Requires strong networking, cloud security, incident response, threat detection, communication, and consultative selling skills, with regional travel.

Supports regional sales managers by identifying new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, re-engaging existing opportunities, and advancing prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborates with marketing, product, and channel teams to achieve sales objectives. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, critical thinking, and familiarity with professional prospect and customer engagement.

Supports regional sales managers by identifying new enterprise opportunities through inbound and outbound campaigns, re-engaging existing opportunities, and advancing prospects through the sales funnel. The role requires prospect and customer outreach, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and contribution to individual and team sales objectives in a hybrid Texas-based environment.

Provides third-tier, customer-facing technical support for a cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues through lab reproduction and source-code analysis, prioritizing customer-impacting solutions, collaborating with customers, Sales, and Engineering, and developing support processes, tools, documentation, and knowledge-base content. The role also includes limited on-call support and requires expertise in Linux, networking, security technologies, databases, virtual environments, and cloud or SaaS applications.

Build and maintain responsive Webflow websites, landing pages, and digital content. Perform QA, accessibility reviews, troubleshooting, SEO/AEO implementation, and publishing checks. Review AI-generated web work for accuracy, brand alignment, and functionality. Help connect web tools to AI systems, identify automation opportunities, document processes, and develop quality-control workflows while collaborating with digital, SEO, brand, product marketing, and web development stakeholders.

Supports monthly close through journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and ownership of assigned accounting areas. Handles fixed assets, payroll accruals, commissions, allocations, intercompany transactions, audits, internal controls, and process improvement. Collaborates with global cross-functional teams, resolves data issues, and supports treasury and accounting projects. This is a remote India-based role with U.S. time-zone working hours.

Develop, tune, and maintain network-based threat detections by analyzing network traffic, writing Suricata signatures and detection logic, simulating attacks, collaborating with data scientists and security researchers, participating in threat hunting and incident response, and continuously measuring and improving detection effectiveness.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements, demos, POCs and RFP responses for Vectra products. Build strong technical customer and partner relationships, advise on integrations, influence product features, and support regional sales to drive deals and post-sale collaboration.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements across Latin America: demo Vectra AI, train partners, support RFPs, drive enterprise opportunities, collaborate with Product/R&D, and travel extensively (70–80%).

Provide pre-sales technical support and technical account management for Vectra's AI-driven threat detection platform. Lead technical discovery, demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution design; build strong customer and partner relationships; collaborate cross-functionally on deployments, integrations, and product feedback; maintain deep knowledge of security landscape, competitors, and product capabilities. Travel within region as needed.

Lead global Technical Marketing to communicate the technical value of an AI-native security platform. Build and manage a team delivering demos, trainings, documentation, labs, competitive intelligence, and field enablement. Drive GTM readiness for product launches, support strategic deals, represent the company externally, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product strategy and sales effectiveness.

The Director of AI will lead AI and data engineering teams, define and execute AI strategy, and ensure effective partnership across functions, focusing on scalable AI solutions and responsible AI practices.

Build and maintain customer-facing application features, REST APIs, backend services, and data workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally, write tested code, participate in design and code reviews, debug and monitor production, and work with relational and non-relational databases and cloud platforms.
