Diagnose correctness, concurrency, memory, latency, and throughput issues using profiling, traces, logs, and packet captures. Build validation harnesses, fuzzing and replay workflows, and reliable production systems. Collaborate across engineering, security research, product, and data science while contributing to technical direction and responsible AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities include customer discovery, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, security architecture guidance, technology reviews, integrations, deployment reviews, and technical relationship development. The role requires expertise in security platforms, networking, cloud security, incident response, attacker progression, and security processes, along with strong communication and large-account management skills. Regional travel is required as needed.

Provide pre-sales technical support for regional sales teams by demonstrating Vectra security solutions, addressing customer pain points, and solving technical roadblocks. Build technical relationships with customers and partners, support technology reviews and integrations, maintain expertise in security products and the threat landscape, and collaborate on deployments, designs, releases, and customer projects. Travel within the assigned region as needed.

Provides pre-sales technical support for Vectra’s cybersecurity platform. Demonstrates products, advises customers and partners, resolves technical obstacles, supports deployments and technology reviews, and develops customer relationships alongside regional sales managers. The role requires expertise in security platforms, networking, cloud security, attacker progression, incident response, and security processes, along with strong communication skills and regional travel.

Lead the enterprise information security program, setting strategy and managing security risks, controls, compliance, incident readiness, and third-party security. Oversee protection across cloud, networks, endpoints, data, and infrastructure while leading the security team and coordinating with engineering, IT, legal, HR, regulators, auditors, customers, and the board. The role may also oversee IT operations and support.

Manage high-touch enterprise customer relationships, driving onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Partner with executives, CISOs, IT, security, sales, and internal teams to integrate Vectra products, monitor customer health, resolve incidents, mitigate renewal risks, and deliver repeatable adoption programs. The role requires strong cybersecurity and networking expertise, customer-facing experience, business acumen, communication skills, and willingness to travel 25–50%.

Manage a large portfolio of commercial and mid-market customers to drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion through one-to-one, one-to-many, and digital engagement. Build trusted advisor relationships, conduct success reviews, develop success plans, lead escalations, host virtual office hours and webinars, create scalable enablement content, and partner cross-functionally to improve onboarding and self-service resources.

Provide technical leadership for Vectra’s Identity Domain by designing and delivering secure, observable systems for identity telemetry, analytics, detection, and findings. Build capabilities protecting human and non-human identities, including AI agents, service accounts, workloads, tokens, and OAuth integrations. Lead architecture and code reviews, influence technical strategy, partner across engineering and product teams, engage customers, and mentor engineers while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and maintainability.

Develop, tune, and maintain network-based threat detections by analyzing network traffic, writing Suricata signatures and detection logic, simulating attacks, collaborating with data scientists and security researchers, participating in threat hunting and incident response, and continuously measuring and improving detection effectiveness.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements across Latin America: demo Vectra AI, train partners, support RFPs, drive enterprise opportunities, collaborate with Product/R&D, and travel extensively (70–80%).

The Director of AI will lead AI and data engineering teams, define and execute AI strategy, and ensure effective partnership across functions, focusing on scalable AI solutions and responsible AI practices.

The Staff Software Engineer will design scalable distributed systems for real-time data processing, lead technical initiatives, and mentor other engineers.
