What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Collaborate with sales hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to source and engage top B2B SaaS sales talent.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined interview process.
- Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws and Everbridge’s internal policies.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruiting B2B SaaS sales professionals.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, sales roles, and the skills required for success in enterprise software sales.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever.
