We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting process by delivering a smooth, organized, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role manages complex scheduling, communication, administrative tasks, and interview logistics for multiple recruiters to help the talent acquisition team operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, and onsite visits across multiple locations and time zones while supporting multiple recruiters and hiring managers to ensure calendars and logistics are fully aligned
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates for scheduling and logistics-related communication, including timely updates and confirmations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure workflow stages are current and audit ready
  • Post approved roles to job boards, websites, and internal systems and monitor postings for accuracy
  • Oversee complex projects for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timelines, details, and cross functional communication remain aligned
  • Prepare offer letters, assist with start dates, and support onboarding coordination as needed
  • Share interview prep materials and ensure interviewers and candidates have accurate information
  • Manage interview logistics by confirming calendar availability, interview panels, virtual links, and meeting spaces, and coordinate high volume scheduling and full cycle logistics, including communication, rescheduling, and follow through
  • Generate and maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly or ad hoc reports related to scheduling volume, interview activity, and process timelines
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative needs, documentation, and process consistency
  • Help refine coordination and scheduling processes to support efficiency, alignment, and best practices
  • Ensure every interaction reflects a professional, organized, and high-touch experience
  • Support additional coordination needs as requested

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • Three or more years of experience in high-volume coordination or recruiting coordination
  • Proven success in scheduling across multiple calendars, stakeholders, and time zones
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels, including email, messaging platforms, and video
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities will shift
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with preferred experience in Greenhouse
  • Proficiency with productivity software, such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and experience with communication and collaboration tools. Preferred experience with Notion

New Hire Base Salary Range

  • $31.25 - $33.65
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal compensation structure and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
