The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing consistent administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team and complete actions within established service level agreements with accuracy. The selected incumbent will gain an understanding of the recruiting end to end process; including variances that may exist within business lines and the recruiting tools and systems. This role will develop positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business line partners to provide an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
Primary responsibilities include
- Schedule interviews which may include one or several interviewers from entry to senior level positions, reserve conference rooms, set up video conferences, arrange and communicate travel schedules, process expense reimbursements, and build itineraries and communications.
- Complete pre-employment screening actions which include identifying when it is required, submitting accurate cases, helping candidates, confirming actions are completed timely, and following up with recruiters and business line partners to provide case completion status.
- Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions while offering a smooth transition to the Human Resources Shared Services team for new hire support.
- Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate problem solving ability when assisting candidates, recruiters, and business line partners with scheduling interviews and other recruiting support functions.
- Assist with formatting and posting job descriptions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (Oracle)
- Provide support to recruiters by creating all offer letters
- Provide support and assistance recruiters as applicable to complete actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (Oracle) while escalating issues and trends appropriately
- Embed risk management by adhering to the principles of Citizen's policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
- Complete administrative or business line specific actions to support our recruiting process.
Participate in projects and identify process improvements and solutions to issues, as applicable.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years administrative or relevant work experience
- 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment while navigating through change
- Excellent attention to detail with demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks and complete assigned work accurately and timely
- Strong time management and ability to balance independent workload while collaborating with fellow TA colleagues, or fellow Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Validated understanding of Oracle
- Interview scheduling or general scheduling experience
- Demonstrated effective networking, relationship building, and collaboration skills to establish and strengthen existing partnerships across Talent Acquisition
Hours & Work Schedule: (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $58,500-$60,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
