As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology & Product, you will be an advocate for our people and culture. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across North America and EMEA to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes. This role is pivotal in shaping our candidate experience and ensuring 1Password continues to hire exceptional talent across entry-level to management roles. You’ll thrive by exploring new recruitment avenues, connecting with passive talent, and building diverse pipelines. While your primary focus will be on technology and product functions, you may also support hiring across other areas of the business such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, legal, and more, as needed.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in a full-cycle recruiting role or related experience

  • Preferred: in-house recruitment experience in a fast-growth technology company

  • Preferred: experience recruiting for technology, AI, and product roles, as well as cross functional teams

  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills to achieve alignment with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges with creative solutions

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

  • Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment systems (preferred: Ashby)

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools including ATS and LinkedIn, with demonstrated ability to build pipelines for mid-level roles

What you can expect:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to successful placement for entry to management-level roles, including bulk hiring

  • Partner with hiring managers on intake, interview panel creation, and role requirements, ensuring diversity and alignment with business goals

  • Collaborate with TA teammates to source candidates through job boards, referrals, advertising, and social networks, with a focus on building diverse pipelines

  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, values alignment, and potential for success at 1Password

  • Foster a positive candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and interview coordination

  • Provide hiring managers with data-driven insights, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices throughout the process

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and leadership teams while contributing to team projects and continuous process improvement

  • Leverage dashboards and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and improve efficiency

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $109,000 USD and $147,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $102,000 CAD and $138,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
