As a Senior Software Engineer- Full Stack for the Bangalore SCSE (Sales Client services & Experience) org, you will be part of VCXP (Visa Client Express Platform) team, which handles all its client’s onboarding journey from creating visa account,

Deliver a multi-year roadmap that leverages Gen-AI capabilities to accelerate knowledge discovery and issue resolution, driving value to clients and to our business. AI-powered tools will be integrated into Client onboarding experience to redefine access and consumption of Visa assets, through predictive search capabilities, context-based knowledge delivery, as well as personalized virtual assistance.

As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, your day will be filled with absorbing, learning and mastering about multiple VCXP applications, their architecture & functionality.

Not only will you be building the new unique and sophisticated solutions for our clients, but you will contribute to exciting technology upgrades and tech initiatives.

You must love troubleshooting issues for this position. There is a lot to learn, and we need someone who is up to the task to learn. Essential Functions:

• You will develop, test, and deploy sophisticated business solutions that process 100s of thousands of requests with our business partners and their developers.
• Understand the requirements / design changes properly and solicit guidance from business and technology collaborators across the enterprise and deliver app features / user stories and create a strategy plan to deliver the quality Product.
• Be responsible for the code quality & deliverable quality of large-scale product & technology initiatives.
• Perform Test Driven Development using Java, Angular, Node etc
• Conduct peer reviews for your code and others code and JUnit test cases.
• Handle root cause analysis for bugs and production issues and track defect resolution to completion.
• Understand a complexity of Client centric application.
• Great communication skills. Comfortable working with product, architects, team members directly on requirements and problem resolution.
• You will analyze business requirements and architect a solution that is robust and scalable along with providing user documentation of the solution.
• You’ll develop and deliver new features every few days/weeks and be accountable for them end-end.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect code.
• Help developer efficiencies by utilizing Continuous Integration/Development tools, test automation frameworks and other related items.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and follow the guidelines.
• Collaborate with global and virtual teams throughout software development life cycle.
• Work with cross Persist Team’s scattered Geo located to overlap Functions and delivery.
• You have the passion to understand your system, product how things work people and to always striving to improve our products and services.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Great Troubleshooting Skills mostly, love to get your hands dirty, and problem solving.
You have experience in application development frameworks like Spring, ORM etc.
Test driven development experience in the software industry is a major plus.
Knowledge of NoSQL DB, Splunk, Tableau, is a plus.
Work experience in commercial software development on Unix/Linux and on docker or Kubernetes is plus.
Relevant experience with software design, architecture, and development life cycle
Experience in consumer facing application development is plus.
