As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you’ll bring strong programming expertise and experience in system analysis and design, along with a solid understanding of application development, database development, testing, and integration practices. Developers partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions. You’ll design, build, test, deploy, and support applications that align with business strategy, delivering reliable software on time and within budget.
Working across the full software development lifecycle, you’ll contribute to application and data architecture, technology planning, product evaluation, and advanced testing strategies. You will also help guide decisions and provide input into project planning for development initiatives. What You Will Do
- Contribute to major initiatives, delivering reliable, high-impact solutions.
- Design and integrate scalable technical solutions that support multiple business functions.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into effective technical designs while assessing impacts to existing systems, processes, and architecture.
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using disciplined, modern development practices.
- Review test strategies and oversee testing to ensure solutions meet business needs with minimal risk.
- Support successful releases by deploying new modules, upgrades, and fixes to production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, improving stability and performance.
- Review updates to application portfolio inventory for accuracy and completeness.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in UI developer/front end role using React.js.
- React.js Expertise: Strong React.js foundation with sound engineering judgment to build reliable, maintainable, and high-performing user interfaces.
- Product-Oriented Mindset: Curiosity about how software supports real-world workflows and a drive to continuously improve user tools.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams sharing context clearly, respecting time zones, and contributing to a culture of transparency and trust.
- Sense of Ownership: Willingness to take responsibility for proactively improving the UI, mentoring teammates, and evolving the product as business needs grow.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
