We are actively seeking a Sr. Support Engineer, SAP FI-FSCD. This is remote position that can be based anywhere in Brazil.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP FSCD, including configuration of collections and disbursements processes.
Solid experience with SAP FI (AP/AR), especially in environments integrated with FSCD.
10+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (minimum of 2 years).
Proven track record in AMS support environments, focusing on incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Functional and technical knowledge in insurance processes: premiums, claims, coinsurance, and brokerage.
Experience with fiscal and regulatory localizations (preferably Brazil and LATAM).
Ability to contribute to functional enhancements, improvements, and support for customizations.
SAP certification and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) are desirable.
Technical English for reading and writing; Spanish is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as an SAP FSCD functional Specialist in AMS support demands, ensuring high-quality incident and service request resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and propose definitive solutions for recurring issues.
Lead functional improvements and system evolutions aligned with business needs.
Engage with key users and business areas to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance, ensuring functional compliance.
Support technical teams in analyzing integrations and flows between modules (FI, FSCD, FS-PM, FS-CM).
Operate in compliance with change management and IT governance processes.
Contribute to functional documentation and knowledge base development.
Collaborate with local and global teams in a remote and multicultural environment.

Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients.
Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables, and relationships
Deep knowledge of SAP customization/extension methodologies
Excellent development skills using SAP toolset.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written.
Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
Extreme focus on Client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.
The ability to work remotely from a home-based office in a virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications
The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across SAP releases (4.x & ECC) including proficiency with SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements, integration with other modules and knowledge of underlying technology.
Knowledge of any Country Specific Solutions would be an advantage.
A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be useful.
Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage.
Language skills would be a welcome advantage.
