ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand planning, manufacturing, and procurement to develop and execute supply plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and improve key performance indicators.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning tools such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, or Forecast Pro to manage and optimize inventory and supply plans.
- Proficiency in analyzing supply chain data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning software to support supply chain operations.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
