Sr Supply Planner
As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and executing supply planning strategies that ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless alignment with customer demand. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive supply chain efficiency, support business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective supply planning processes.
In this role, you will impact the success of our supply chain operations by driving accurate supply planning, optimizing inventory, and supporting the execution of supply plans that meet business objectives and customer needs.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain supply plans that align with demand forecasts and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply plans to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Utilize supply planning tools and systems to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and tools.
- Experience in supply planning or related supply chain functions.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning tools and systems, such as Kinaxis Rapid Response or SAP APO.
- Ability to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory and supply plans.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and advanced supply planning software.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CPSM are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.

COMPENSATION:
The Salary range for this position is $85K - $128K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
