JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing orders via phone or mail, email, fax, or EDI, as well as handling and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and expedient manner.
Key Responsibilities

Processing orders (include normal order, consignment order) via phone or mail, email, fax, or EDI, as well as handling and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and expedient manner.

Closely coordinate with territory sales managers to meet customer's requirements and support monthly & quarterly sales target accomplishment.

Handle customer queries, product complaints, recalls and exchange.

Prepare shipping documents (invoice/ packing list/ others) as required for any stock sharing or return to plant.

Execute daily operations including products receiving, storage, inventory management according to Abbott's SOPs
-
Coordinate multi-functional issue resolution to troubleshoot errors between SAP/WMS interface/ systems and physical products.

Review on the short UBD, inactive Inventory, phase-in/phase-out, communicating with business partners to minimize the negative cost impact.

Perform inventory counts including consignment count and warehouse count.

Follow up GDP SOP of Customer Service functions to apply for GDP regulations certification covering order management.

Manage and maintain Loan Case for Commercial Team to support the urgent operation.

Skills & Experience Required
-
A diploma or equivalent of college graduated.

At least 2 years of working experience in similar roles

Demonstrates excellent telephone and interpersonal communications skills

Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and MS Word with high numerical accuracy

Knowledge of SAP ERP system is preferred.

Experience in/or appreciation for the medical device industry is preferred

Able to work independently and as part of team

Able to organize and prioritize work

Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner
