As a member of the Device and Supply Chain team, the Sr Supply Chain Planner allocates inventory to sales channels based on leadership priorities while meeting service level targets. Working with channel partners and supply chain teams, the planner also recommends and aligns with cross channel leaders on the inventory availability customers can expect, supporting the T-Mobile customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and applies allocation policies and inventory control processes to match product availability to channel demand
  • Leads cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and allocation processes
  • Partners with channel partners, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to keep inventory flow aligned with priorities
  • Analyzes demand, sales, and inventory data to support forecasts, allocation decisions, and risk identification
  • Manages vendor relationships to support inventory availability and business objectives
  • Identifies and implements improvements to supply chain performance and service level results

Required Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience, OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

The base salary for this role varies by location and reflects local market rates:

  • Bellevue, WA $79,700 - $107,800
  • Overland Park, KS $66,700 - $90,300

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $67,430 - $121,550

National Base Pay Range: $61,300 - $110,500

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
