What You'll Do

You'll own the full supply chain picture — from strategic sourcing to daily planning execution — and have a real seat at the table with operations, engineering, and finance leadership.

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Build and manage high-performing supplier relationships — negotiate high-value contracts with confidence
  • Proactively identify and qualify new suppliers to keep our supply base resilient and competitive

  • Analyze demand forecasts to build inventory strategies that hit turnover targets while protecting availability
  • Dig deep into ERP/MRP data to surface insights on spend, PPV, and supplier performance — then turn them into dashboards leadership actually use

Procurement Operations & Process Excellence

  • Drive daily planning execution: evaluate and release planned orders, verify BOMs, manage capacity constraints
  • Oversee production scheduling for Machine Shop and Assembly
  • Serve as an Epicor ERP power user — maintain data integrity and champion process efficiency
  • Lead root-cause analysis on supply disruptions, quality issues, and logistics challenges — fix the problem and prevent the next one
  • Optimize working capital by analyzing inventory levels across raw, WIP, and finished goods

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Expert-level ERP/MRP skills — Epicor experience is a strong plus; GP, SAP, or Oracle also valued
  • Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, financial modeling — you can make data tell a story
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost accounting, and P&L awareness
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting complex recommendations to senior leadership
  • CPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification? That's a plus we love to see
