Develop and maintain production schedules for machine shop and assembly operations. Review production orders, bills of material, routings, materials, capacity, and manufacturing documentation. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and shortages, adjust priorities, create and close ERP production orders, and communicate updates across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other teams. Prepare planning reports, participate in sales and operations reviews, expedite delayed work, and improve planning processes.

Design and document precision medical device manufacturing equipment using SolidWorks and GD&T standards. Support manufacturing, create and maintain BOMs in the ERP, provide field technical support, and collaborate with production, quality, and senior engineers to move designs from concept to shop floor.

Support catheter manufacturing process development and equipment validation in an applications lab. Partner with customers and internal teams to test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document processes, program and validate equipment, train users, and drive continuous improvement for medical device manufacturing.

Field-based sales role responsible for driving new business and expanding customer relationships across the Western U.S., selling automation and medical manufacturing solutions. Manage complex sales cycles, generate pipeline, respond to RFQs, collaborate with technical teams, use Salesforce for account activity, represent the company at events, and provide accurate forecasts.
