Design and document precision medical device manufacturing equipment using SolidWorks and GD&T standards. Support manufacturing, create and maintain BOMs in the ERP, provide field technical support, and collaborate with production, quality, and senior engineers to move designs from concept to shop floor.

Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain planning for medical manufacturing. Perform cost/should-cost analyses, drive procurement operations, own Epicor ERP data integrity, manage production scheduling, and build dashboards from ERP/MRP data to optimize inventory, working capital, and supplier performance.

Field-based sales role responsible for driving new business and expanding customer relationships across the Western U.S., selling automation and medical manufacturing solutions. Manage complex sales cycles, generate pipeline, respond to RFQs, collaborate with technical teams, use Salesforce for account activity, represent the company at events, and provide accurate forecasts.

Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections to maintain accurate AR records. Issue invoices, apply payments, reconcile accounts, monitor aging, and collaborate with accounting, sales, production, and operations to resolve billing issues.

Lead and develop a production team in a machining and/or assembly environment, owning safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Provide hands-on technical leadership for CNC/manual machining, troubleshoot equipment, drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S), ensure ISO 9001/13485 compliance, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve processes.

Design and implement servo motion, electromechanical, and automation systems; program PLCs and HMIs; develop robot programs; prototype, test, and debug machines; collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams; and coordinate projects to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and production-ready solutions.

Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision metal components. Read blueprints, set up machines, select tooling, adjust speeds/feeds, inspect parts with precision gauges, record production data, perform routine maintenance, and follow shop safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Support catheter manufacturing process development and equipment validation in an applications lab. Partner with customers and internal teams to test, troubleshoot, optimize, and document processes, program and validate equipment, train users, and drive continuous improvement for medical device manufacturing.

Lead Assembly and Machine Shop operations to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. Develop manufacturing strategies, coach supervisors, manage KPIs, lead continuous improvement, partner with Engineering and support workforce planning to meet customer commitments.

Maintain and support on-premise and Azure infrastructure for a multi-site medical manufacturing environment. Administer Hyper-V/VMware and Windows Server, manage Azure/Entra ID/Microsoft 365/Intune, provide Level 2-3 support, handle SIEM/EDR alert triage, and support backup/disaster recovery and multi-site IT projects.
