Own safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost metrics; provide hands-on technical leadership across CNC/manual machining; partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on improvements; drive Lean/5S and root cause analysis; ensure ISO 9001/13485 compliance; supervise, coach, and communicate between the floor and leadership.

Design and implement servo motion, electromechanical, and automation systems; program PLCs and HMIs; develop robot programs; prototype, test, and debug machines; collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams; and coordinate projects to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and production-ready solutions.

Lead multi-site manufacturing operations, unifying manufacturing, machine shop, supply chain, warehouse, and shipping. Drive operational excellence via Lean and CI, KPI-driven performance, safety, quality, cost controls, and P&L ownership. Build leadership teams, standardize processes, support acquisitions, and partner cross-functionally to meet customer and enterprise objectives.

Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision metal components. Read blueprints, set up machines, select tooling, adjust speeds/feeds, inspect parts with precision gauges, record production data, perform routine maintenance, and follow shop safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead design, development, and documentation of custom machinery and tooling using SolidWorks. Manage NPI, convert legacy CAD, maintain BOMs/ERP data, apply GD&T/ASME standards, support manufacturing, customers, and field service, drive ECOs, and mentor junior engineers. Focus on medical manufacturing and thermal forming technologies.

Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain planning for medical manufacturing. Perform cost/should-cost analyses, drive procurement operations, own Epicor ERP data integrity, manage production scheduling, and build dashboards from ERP/MRP data to optimize inventory, working capital, and supplier performance.

Develop, test, and deploy PLC/IPC control software (CODESYS/Windows IPCs); integrate motion, sensors, vision, and electrical systems; support commissioning, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, documentation, and customer installations. Contribute reusable code, specs, risk assessments, test plans, and data collection for ML applications.

Perform incoming and in-process inspections, functional testing, and validation of custom automation equipment and tooling. Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues; test PLCs, IPCs, PCBs, and HMIs; document quality findings; support root-cause investigations and corrective actions; and provide continuous-improvement feedback to engineering and operations.
