In this role, you’ll lead the engineering behind substation and transmission line projects—from early planning and design through construction support—while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across the organization.

  • Oversee equipment and material specification, procurement, and engineering evaluations
  • Support feasibility and conceptual studies, including cost estimates, schedules, scope definition, and documentation of assumptions and lessons learned
  • Provide technical support during construction, partnering closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to resolve field issues
  • Review and provide technical oversight of work performed by internal engineering staff and external consultants
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching, training, and design reviews
  • Manage external engineering contracts, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused, results-driven solutions
