The Strategic Sourcing Manager – Corporate Services is responsible for establishing and driving procurement strategies across key corporate categories including HR, Travel, Finance, Marketing, and Communications. This role partners closely with business leadership to align sourcing initiatives with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
You will lead category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, improve working capital, enhance supplier performance, and ensure supply continuity. The role requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with Annual Operating Plans and long-term business objectives
• Drive sourcing strategies that support business growth, innovation, and new program introductions
• Lead category planning through spend analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligence
Category Management (Corporate Services)
• Manage procurement across:
• HR services (recruitment, benefits, training)
• Travel & expense (TMCs, airlines, hotels)
• Finance services (consulting, audit, outsourcing)
• Marketing (agencies, media, digital services)
• Communications (PR, branding, internal comms)
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures to identify value opportunities
Supplier Management
• Lead supplier selection, RFIs/RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution
• Build strong relationships with key supplier leadership teams
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and service delivery
Cost & Working Capital Optimization
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and achieve lowest total cost of ownership
• Improve working capital through:
• Payment term negotiations
• Payment cycle optimization
• Demand and contract optimization
• Identify and eliminate sole/single-source risks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations teams
• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and business priorities
• Support site-level and enterprise-wide procurement initiatives
Operations & Compliance
• Support procurement escalations, reporting, and reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including import/export where applicable)
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Proficiency in English
