Characterize, measure, debug, and analyze CMOS image sensors; develop reports and technical presentations; optimize sensor operating settings; provide technical solutions; lead cross-functional characterization projects; and improve characterization processes, efficiency, and quality while feeding results back to design teams.

Responsibilities:  
  • Execute characterization, measurements, debug, analysis for CMOS image sensors
  • Provide design characterization report, presentation, technical information in timely manner
  • Provide technical solutions and/or tunings to deliver optimum settings for sensor operations
  • Communicate proactively with other disciplines and take on technical leadership for sensor characterization projects
  • Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and quality for characterization, and feedback to design as needed
Requirements:  
  
• 5+ year experience with electrical engineering and analog design characterization (for example, CMOS image sensor (nice to have), Memory, ASIC, etc)
• Knowledge about semiconductor
• Good communication and inter personal skills 
• Result oriented and leading change behaviors
• Experience / knowledge in CIS analog/digital design and/or project management experience is a plus
• Language skill: Japanese business and English business
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and analog design characterization
  • Knowledge of semiconductor technology

  • Business-level Japanese language skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
