We are looking for a talented Staff Accountant to provide support to the Finance Shared Services Center. The Staff Accountant will play a significant role in the month-end close process. This position will support many aspects of the accounting function and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Successful candidates will be presented with opportunities to grow within the company. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Journal entry preparation with supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Research variances in the GL and prepare explanations for the General Ledger Manager
• Ensure compliance with established SOX processes
• Review and approve work performed by other accountants
• Other special projects as needed 

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Problem-solving where the development of new solutions, methods, systems will result in a major impact on the company’s success
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Implement recommendations and see projects through to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working under the pressure of deadlines
• Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately and logically; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic
• Conduct meetings to negotiate, explain, persuade, or present information individually and with a team 

Education and Experience:

• BS degree in Accounting
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with formulas and pivot tables in Excel #LI-EC1

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
