Requirements / Qualifications:
- 7–9 years of software development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with proven experience in designing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one major programming language — Java or Python.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively across global teams.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding and problem-solving when required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science.
Nice to have: .
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, microservices architecture, or containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating third-party applications or APIs within large ecosystems.
