Summary:
In this role, you will lead complex client programs and execute strategic workplans that deliver measurable value. You will cultivate trusted relationships with client leaders, translate advanced analytics into actionable recommendations, optimize contract performance, and lead strategic initiatives that align Vizient solutions with client priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influence executive-level decision-making, and support continuous improvement across the team.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively to senior executives.
Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence.
Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred.
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
