This role reports to the Finance Operations Manager and is fully remote.
What You’ll Do?
- Lead the deal review process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies
- Identify and escalate issues, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Process orders efficiently and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Legal, Accounts Receivable, Services, and other teams
- Run weekly reports to track deal status and processing timelines
- Develop and refine operational procedures, reporting tools, and documentation
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Foster positive, collaborative communication across departments
What You Bring? Must‑Have Qualifications
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with a passion for problem‑solving
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage cross‑functional relationships, particularly between Operations and Sales
- Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite
- Prior use of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
