Job Title: Sr. Specialist, HR Process Implementation and Employee Lifecycle Management

Location: Miami, FL

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team to oversee Employee Lifecyle process optimization. Role’s initially focus will be overseeing implementation of Position Management & Workforce planning, including necessary changes to other HR processes.

Job Summary:

The HR Operations and Process Design Expert is responsible for overseeing HR administration processes while also leading the implementation of position management/process design deployment in the US and globally. This role ensures efficient HR operations and continuous improvement of HR processes to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implementation Planning and Delivery of Position Management:

o Working with global GPO, external implementation partners and Workday Business Architect, oversee definition of and execute implementation plans for Workday Position Management from business perspective

o Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure accurate position data and organizational structure in HR systems.

o Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.

· Process Design and Optimization:

o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of position management within the US and globally, including impact on the rest of ELM processes

o Analyse current HR processes and identify areas for improvement: design and implement optimized HR workflows and processes.

o Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into HR processes.

· Change & Project Management and Continuous Improvement

o Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the project – position mgt implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

o Develop and manage project plans for HR process improvements (CIP)

o Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR process changes.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

o Identify and mitigate risks associated with Workday implementation and HR processes.

o Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.

o Design and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure proficiency in using Workday Position Management tools and processes, including governance for workforce planning and budget reconciliation

Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of Workday processes with business goals and to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.

HR Administration:

o Develop and implement HR operations procedures, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR processes and technology are taken into account

o Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

o Act as escalation point for employee queries.

o Develop knowledge management approach

o Data Integrity and Reporting - ensure the accuracy and integrity of position master data and ongoing master data management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 7-10 years in managing HR processes and service delivery, including HR service desk and familiarity with tools such as Workday Help or ServiceNow

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday implementation, with a focus on position management and Core HR processes

· Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and life cycle management and partnering with Payroll and HRBPs as well as managing employee experience

· Proven experience in HR operations, position management, and process design.

· Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

· Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Workday, desired experience in Workday implementation and optimization.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Experience with HRIS systems and data management.

Preferred Skills:

· Workday certification in Position Management, Core HR Administration and other related modules
