Summary of the Job:
About This Role:
- Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness
- Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department
- Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts
- Maintain organized warehouse storage of records
- Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes
- Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teams
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including:
- Coporate Treasury Services (CTS)
- Retail Banking
- Legal
- First National Information Technology (FNIT)
- Other First National Operations (FNO) groups
- Audit and Compliance
- Collaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiries
- Advocate for customers' interests across organizational boundaries
- Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standards
- Complete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundaries
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Basic QualificationsEducation & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with PC/Microsoft Office applications
- Strong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment
- Exercises sound judgment within established policies and guidelines
- Detail-oriented while understanding appropriate level of precision for each situation
- Effective multitasker capable of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborative team player who builds effective relationships across departments
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
- Willing to work as part of a larger team
- Physical capability to lift 25-30 lbs.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent department interests
- Share relevant information with appropriate teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain professional relationships that facilitate efficient problem resolution
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting department priorities while meeting enterprise needs
- Willing to assist other outside groups in times of need
- Experienced with any of the following: Hogan, Foundation, Nautilus, PeopleSoft, TCM, Deluxe 360, Lockbox processes.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $36,720.00-$58,752.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
