Summary of the Job:

 

This position is responsible for researching and resolving internal and external requests for adjustments while supporting account information accuracy. The role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while ensuring compliance with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program.

Key ResponsibilitiesCore Functions
  • Research and resolve adjustment and research requests with precision and timeliness
  • Process and fulfill subpoena requests for Legal department
  • Conduct balance reconciliation and research for General Ledger accounts
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage of records
  • Actively participate in daily Continuous Improvement MDI team processes
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between operational departments and customer-facing teams
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with key internal partners including:
    • Coporate Treasury Services (CTS)
    • Retail Banking
    • Legal
    • First National Information Technology (FNIT)
    • Other First National Operations (FNO) groups
    • Audit and Compliance
  • Collaborate with other financial institutions to resolve inter-bank inquiries
  • Advocate for customers' interests across organizational boundaries
  • Check Disputes processes and knowledge
Performance & Development
  • Meet or exceed department accuracy and productivity standards
  • Complete all assigned formal and on-the-job training to maintain role competency
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across departmental boundaries
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing solutions that exceed expectations

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with PC/Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong email communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation

  • Exercises sound judgment within established policies and guidelines
  • Detail-oriented while understanding appropriate level of precision for each situation

  • Physical capability to lift 25-30 lbs.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $37,454.00-$59,927.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
