All About You • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, strategy, or partnerships within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services. • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to assess fintech business models and payment flows. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex payment value propositions. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives. • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset. • Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable operating in a growth-oriented environment. • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote. • Passion for fintech innovation, embedded finance, and Commercial and New Payment Flows.
