About the Role
Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as sales, sales promotions, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints岗位职责：
- 负责团险大客户理赔咨询、人员加减、账单的及时出具和保费催缴；
- 负责大客户续保流程的各项工作，推动自选计划及增值服务的Upsale,完成续期业务持续率指标及续期增长；
- 负责日常查询和投诉处理；
- 负责定期拜访客户HR及中介公司，出具季度、年度理赔数据分析报告及服务报告；
- 维护中介渠道合作伙伴关系及客户关系；
- 制作团险（中介与直销渠道）业务计划书，完成新单业务承保落地各项事宜；
- 主管布置的其他工作。
岗位要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 3年以上相关团体保险大客户服务工作经验
- 熟练使用MS-Office软件；
- 技能要求：
- 客户导向，富有客户服务意识；
- 具备极强的沟通能力；具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神；具备解决问题的能力；
- 优秀的英语口头及书面表达能力。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of related customer service experience in group insurance
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
