As a Senior Solution Lead, you will be responsible for developing designs for integrated systems within and across Commercial Platforms. In this role, you will partner with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to understand the overall business need, define overarching requirements, and create high-level specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms and develop a design and model that will support Stryker’s business needs. You will also be responsible for verifying the detailed technical documents, validating the configuration within the assigned applications, and ensuring solutions are delivered based on the architected design.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements, contributing to the definition of technical standards in the Revenue Management Model N solution.

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and provide hyper care support for implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions and their integration with SAP S/4 and related applications (Athena, Varicent, EIM, SFDC, etc.), including the overall architecture within a complex, multi-system environment.

  • Lead technical design, prototyping, development, testing, and solution delivery for release cycles and new projects within the Commercial Landscape and application stack.

  • Conduct reviews for architecture, performance, and code quality, ensuring compliance with configuration and coding standards on the platform.

  • Review and govern business process documentation, application specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and go-live cutover plans.

  • Collaborate with Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams to ensure alignment and integration.

  • Support run/sustain teams in meeting new business needs and govern solutions to align with the Commercial Global Template.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance process flow, system performance, and technical efficiencies, recommending solutions that harmonize technical standards with business needs.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.

  • 6+ years of professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in leading resources for projects preferred.

  • Experience with process mapping, documenting complex processes.

  • Experience with Model N architecture.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development.

Travel Percentage: 30%
