What You’ll Do:
- As a specialist in Purchase to Pay processes, your main responsibilities will be to support the design, implementation and deployment, with the objective of delivering best practice solutions and ensuring customer success.
- You will need to be able to lead the implementation design with customers and also support external implementation partners as a subject matter expert.
- You will work across a number of Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics.
- Advise customers on Coupa best practice, using industry knowledge to ensure the best possible functional design is implemented.
- Lead and support customer design workshops to guide customers through the implementation journey.
- Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting design reviews and collaborating with Product Management on the future direction of the product.
- Manage customers where up to 50% of your time may include travel.
- Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and various trainings.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- The successful candidate will possess as many as possible of the following attributes: 4-7 years’ experience in procurement, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organisation or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Experience within the Purchase to Pay process is crucial.
- Experience in Sourcing, Category Management and Contract Management are highly beneficial.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics ideally in combination with a business related discipline or higher is highly desirable.
- Highly numerate and comfortable with using Excel and/or other platforms for complex scenario analysis.
- Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live.
- Previous consulting experience with Coupa Purchase to Pay, or another similar application is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment.
