We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React, Python, and SQL, along with hands on experience in Power Automate, Agentic AI workflows, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate will be a self starter who can design, develop, and scale end to end solutions while collaborating cross functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
1. Key Responsibilities
2. Full‑Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot REST APIs, microservices, and backend components.
- Write efficient SQL queries, optimize database performance, and manage relational data models.
3. Automation & AI
- Design and implement business process automations using Power Automate.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI workflows, including LLM‑driven automation, decision‑making flows, and orchestration pipelines.
- Collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate ML/AI models into applications.
4. Cloud Engineering
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure and AWS cloud services.
- Utilize cloud-native services (Functions/Lambda, API Gateways, storage services, messaging queues, etc.).
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, security, scaling, and observability.
5. Architecture & Collaboration
- Contribute to technical architecture, design discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high coding standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
6. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization)
- Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred)
- SQL (query tuning, schema design, stored procedures)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors, error handling).
- Understanding and practical use of Agentic AI concepts (LLM orchestration, task planning, autonomous workflows).
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, API design, secure coding, and system design.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
7. Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Event Grid).
- Exposure to MLOps, model hosting, or AI agent frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI services like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
8. Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
