Job Description
Required Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of Testing experience and
• Minimum 5 years of Workday / SAP Testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leading Testing efforts for SAP projects
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium with Java, BDD.
• Develop quality engineering strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
• Define testing strategies, methodologies, and test execution processes.
• Conduct a daily testing de-brief during key testing activities to review progress and set the agendas and objectives for the following day.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Test Automation tools, for example: Worksoft, Kainos.
• Experience working in an agile DevOps environment.
• Ability to work under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of quality engineering practices
• Good experience building, maintaining, enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor others to grow.
Qualifications
Workday & ServiceNow QA Experience:
• Experience as a functional lead on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation with Workday HCM, Time-off, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll.
• Identify business critical Workday new features released (R1 & R2 releases)
• Experience with ServiceNow platform & products.
• Experience coordinating testing between Workday projects/external integration projects.
• Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Implement and manage automated testing processes to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts. Drive completion and sign-off of the various Workday testing cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, development and product teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
Nice to Have skills:
• Minimum of 2 year experience leading cross-functional SAP teams to understand to be landscape/processes, develop and document testing requirements between systems and S/4 HANA and different modules SAP SD, MM, FICO, Revenue, GL, Billing
• Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms
• Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, quality engineering, and AI-driven testing.
• Design and implement AI-driven testing solutions using tools like Mabl, or Functionize
• Develop and maintain machine learning models for predictive testing and quality engineering
• Experience with Gen AI platforms and AI-driven testing tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Workday, SAP or any other ERP is desirable
