Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with Product and Development to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Develops sophisticated, stable, internal automation frameworks increasing efficiency, re-usability and flexibility
- Develops test strategy, test plan test scenarios, coordinating test data setup, environment readiness, test execution and issue resolution
- Conducts risk analysis for products.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities for the broader team including coordinated integration testing for larger projects.
- Drive innovation in the quality discipline by researching and proposing changes to processes and tools.
- Works in a team environment; serve as technical resource and mentor.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of programming experience, or a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of programming experience.
- Hands on testing experience in a Continuous Integration / Delivery / DevOps environment supporting weekly or daily production deployments.
- Advance knowledge of Selenium test automation tools.
- Collaborative problem solving ability and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with prioritization of duties
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of scripting language - Shell /Java/Perl/Python/Ruby Experience in the AWS ecosystem.
- Experience designing, administering, and leading manual quality activities (e.g. smoke tests, regression tests, etc).
- Experience with unit, integration, API, and performance automation testing tools like Jest, Nightwatch, JMeter.
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $123,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
