We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the integration and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This role will manage customer integrations, troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, and support authentication, authorization, federation, and cloud-based identity services.
The ideal candidate will combine strong systems integration and technical troubleshooting experience with customer-facing communication and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer integration activities from requirements gathering through implementation
- Integrate services and applications across multiple enterprise systems
- Implement and support authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, federation, and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
- Brief program and customer leadership on technical and functional aspects of products and implementations
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and identify when customization of standard solutions is necessary
- Perform software testing and validation and improve testing procedures as needed
- Support requirements gathering and usability sessions to feed capabilities into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, technical processes, and procedures
- Identify integration impediments and escalate significant technical or programmatic issues to leadership
- Collaborate with technical teams, customers, and external partners throughout the integration lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Must posses an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Must be willing to obtain a polygraph upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with six (6) years of relevant experience
- Experience with systems integration, software implementation, or related technical environments
- Experience troubleshooting software issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions
- Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and procedures
- Ability to identify customer requirements that require customization beyond standard solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts to program and customer leadership
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility
- Security+ / DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of start

- Experience with strong authentication technologies and protocols, including PKI and SSL
- Linux systems administration experience
- Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum, and Agile development processes
- Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management technologies, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
- Knowledge of Ping Identity, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, PKI, and related authentication standards
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAP
- Knowledge of Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA)
