Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, data-intensive and real-time software systems. Implement features, optimize performance, write and tune SQL, debug defects, integrate software, participate in testing, review code, and collaborate with system engineers and stakeholders.

Perform data modeling, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and support analysts and operational stakeholders; handle sensitive data per security requirements and perform image processing when required.

Lead full‑stack development and cloud migration efforts including design, implementation, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and modernization of legacy systems for secure operational environments.

Design, develop, and deliver full-stack cloud-native applications. Build front-end interfaces (React, HTML, CSS), back-end services, APIs, and data layers. Integrate with IaC/DevOps tooling, apply AWS/Azure best practices, participate in Agile teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks and scripts for enterprise applications. Perform regression, integration, functional, compatibility, negative, and usability testing across environments. Analyze results, document defects, validate fixes, and support CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure software stability across development, test, and production environments.

Lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle for complex defense enterprise systems: requirements, architecture (DoDAF/SOA), integration, testing, risk and configuration management, security/IA, C&A and JCIDS support, technical leadership, and cross-team coordination.

Support and engineer a mission-critical enterprise IAM platform: administer Linux systems, design cloud solutions (AWS), monitor and troubleshoot production environments, automate operations, collaborate with dev and enterprise teams, ensure security/compliance, participate in change management, and produce technical documentation.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications and services across frontend and backend using C++, Python, Java, Angular, and databases. Deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, debug and resolve defects, write database queries, participate in testing and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a secure, onsite environment.
