Trend Micro Vision One is a purpose-built threat defense platform that provides added value and new benefits beyond XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solutions, allowing customer to see more and respond faster. The objective of TW Engineering Group 1 is to provide the best endpoint security solution to help customers, from small & medium businesses to vary large enterprises, conquer cybersecurity challenges effectively and efficiently. Every partner within Group 1 will have opportunity to join diverse squad team and demonstrate his/her expertise and enthusiasm to make customer success in their business without cyber threat. Along this journey, we are looking for partners with not only exceptional engineering expertise, but also great curiosity and customer empathy, so we can learn from customer behavior and create business impact together.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services for endpoint security
Architect and implement metrics and monitoring systems to measure service quality and customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service reliability and performance
Required skills
2+ years of backend development and operational experience in public cloud environments
Hands-on experience with managed cloud services on AWS or Azure
Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, …etc)
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to independently analyze and resolve customer issues
Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements
Nice to have skills
Experience with Go and Python programming languages
Familiarity with databases and messaging systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis)
Personality
Fast learner and strong passion of learning new technology
Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience
Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
