We are currently searching for a Sr. Software Engineer - Test:
Responsibilities:
- Develop test automation scenarios to validate system-to-system interfaces and complete software solutions.
- Translate high-level business requirements into test scenarios and complex system specifications into test requirements and testing methods.
- Design, code, and construct automation tests, identify automation needs, and develop test scripts.
- Be a vital part of the Scrum team, participating in requirements review/story elaborations and testing activities to deliver high-quality products.
- Follow the defined QA standards, processes, tools, and methodologies; partner with other functions to gather testing requirements.
- Participate in requirements review and testing activities, including test plans, requirements, cases, and automation coverage; monitor resolutions and retain documentation.
- Follow the SDLC and STLC process with quality management and Agile tools like ALM.
- Identify early defects to improve product quality and escalate issues during testing.
- Work collaboratively with software developers and domain experts in designing, performing, and improving tests.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java programming language (Must).
- Must have hands-on experience across the entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including: Test Planning, Test Design and Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.

- Must have hands-on experience in various testing types: Functional, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experienced in advanced code development, code review, and construction and use of automation frameworks.
- Experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JBehave, SOAP UI, and/or Appium.
- Excellent defect finding, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Rally.
- Deep knowledge of continuous integration, testing, and delivery (CI/CD) and the toolsets that support this ability.
- Experience testing solutions for large-scale deployments, including large enterprises, service providers, or banking/payment solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priority efforts in parallel and ensure Quality Assurance standards are followed.
