The objective of TW Engineering Group 1 is to provide the best endpoint security solution to help customers, from small & medium businesses to vary large enterprises, conquer cybersecurity challenges effectively and efficiently. We are looking for a great Sr. Engineer in Test who is self- motivated, passion in technologies, and a team worker. He/She will need to work closely with internal stakeholder including technical staff and product marketing team to deliver quality product in a timely manner. The job will be responsible for testing Microsoft Windows application to integrate the Trend Micro threat detection engines and cloud solutions. The candidate shall have the ability to learn and research Windows system architecture as well as be in contact with latest Windows technology.
Responsibilities
- Engage in long-term software quality enhancement to ensure product viability
- Design, implement and execute tests to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver
- Develop, review the automation testing code and maintain the different pipelines
- Collaborate with the global product development and support teams across multiple countries
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner to support critical business successfully
Required skills
- 2+ years of working experience in the software/information service industry
- Experience in test planning and test case execution
- Experience in Python with automation test development
- Experience in Behavior -Driven Development/Test Driven Development (BDD/TDD)
- Good understanding of general principles of software testing, knowing how to troubleshoot
- Strong software problem-solving skills independently and a customer-oriented approach to dealing with customer issues
- Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements
Nice to have skills
- Experience in C/C++ language is a big plus
- Familiarity with Windows development, and troubleshooting tools such as Visual Studio, WinDbg, WPR

- Fast learner and strong passion of learning new technology
- Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
- Strong analytic thinking and problem-solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience
- Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
