About the Role:
- Accountable for core architecture (systems and tools) design and technical feasibility
- Expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and should be able to actively contribute to technical road map planning
- Provide project development estimates based on business requirements
- Should be a key liaison between technology and business and help bridge gaps
- Must be able to mentor junior employees and provide technical guidance to other team members
- Knowledgeable in customizing fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
- Designs, configures, and develops solutions using configuration and code
- Maintains and creates new Salesforce automations using Flow
- Uses APEX, Lightning Web Component (LWC) and Visualforce to create new functionality and extend existing apps
- Provides insight on solution viability for short- and long-term technology goals
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in LWC, Visualforce, Javascript, HTML
- Proficiency in Apex code and SOQL
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools
- Must Have working experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), Sales and Service Cloud
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and operate well under ambiguity
- Should be able to influence and get team buy in
- Excellent analytical, research and follow up skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Salesforce Developer Certifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- MuleSoft working knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of Copado CI/CD tool is a plus

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. Salary Range
$131,400—$164,300 USD
