Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows user applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain the codebase and refactor old codebases to C# and .NET
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Extensive experience developing Windows user applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
- Basic knowledge of power transformers (advantageous).
- Experience with FORTRAN and VB (advantageous).
- Experience working with different ERP systems (advantageous).
- Experience in the power engineering industry (advantageous).
- Languages:
- Fluent in English and German.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
