We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to drive application development, mentor junior engineers, and lead adoption of modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering.
This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and AI-driven innovation, with responsibilities spanning coding, architecture, code reviews, research, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team
- Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning
- Leverage AI tools for:
- Code generation and optimization
- Code reviews and PR analysis
- Technical research and productivity improvements
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using modern architecture
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality practices
- Participating in end-to-end delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
Education
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
