We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to drive application development, mentor junior engineers, and lead adoption of modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering.
This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and AI-driven innovation, with responsibilities spanning coding, architecture, code reviews, research, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead application development efforts and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning
  • Leverage AI tools for:
    • Code generation and optimization
    • Code reviews and PR analysis
    • Technical research and productivity improvements
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using modern architecture

Education
  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Experience
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience

  • Backend & Programming: .NET, C#
  • Frontend: TypeScript

  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Terraform
  • Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions

  • Hands-on experience with:
