The AI Ops team focuses on applying and operating AI capabilities in real‑world environments, ensuring AI solutions are reliable, secure, measurable, and maintainable. Your Responsibilities
- AI-Enabled System Engineering: Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled systems and services that support safe and reliable AI usage across the enterprise.
- Platform & Workflow Integration: Work directly with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.
- Shared Services & Infrastructure: Build and maintain shared infrastructure (API’s, pipelines, tooling) required for AI Operations.
- Observability & Operational Excellence: Implement monitoring, logging, and metrics to track AI system usage, performance, and operational health.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with our AI innovation, security, infrastructure, and platform teams to ensure production readiness and enterprise alignment.
- Standards & Operational Playbooks: Contribute to standards, patterns, and runbooks that ensure consistent implementation of AI capabilities.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in related field required or 5+ years of professional software development experience with senior-level technical ownership
- Master’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in an object-oriented programming language, full-stack experience preferred.
- Hands on experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS being preferred.
- Hands on experience with AI development and integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling such Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
- Strong understanding of system design and best practices
