We are building a global operating network that finally enables supply-chain companies to collaborate within one platform. Our workflow engine empowers non-technical industry experts to model their complex manufacturing and operational processes. Our forms engine enables unprecedented data exchange between companies. And our upcoming AI engine can generate entire new processes and summarize the complex goings-on across thousands of workflows, identifying inefficiencies and driving optimization as companies react to a constantly-shifting global landscape. Role

Regrello is seeking a skilled Senior AI Applications Engineer to drive the ongoing development of our AI App Engine. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the AI App Engine team to design, develop, maintain, and scale sophisticated features crucial for our leadership in the industry. You will spearhead projects, lead design discussions, engage directly with customers to gather insights, and effect significant industry changes. Regular communications with the CEO, who is deeply invested in this project, will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in machine learning engineering, proficiency in programming languages used for AI such as Python or Java, deep understanding of data modeling and experience in building and scaling backends for AI-driven applications. Moreover, having authored multiple models that have been successfully integrated into production applications is highly desirable.

We are particularly interested in candidates based in our hubs of Seattle, San Francisco, and New York, but we will consider candidates who live anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science with coursework in Artificial Intelligence, 3.5+ GPA (M.S. preferred)
• 3-7 years of industry experience developing AI-driven applications
• Proficiency in AI programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Experience with frontend such as React
• Strong background in APIs, data modeling, and databases
• Experience with AI libraries and frameworks highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for continuous learning and development in AI technologies, and enthusiasm for mentoring peers
