The RoleAs a Senior Software Developer at AspenTech, you will provide mentorship, solve complex problems, and manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will impact the direction of our front-end architecture, ensuring we deliver innovative and user-centric experiences across all our products with front-end best practices and a high standard of quality.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with core technologies such as NodeJS, GitHub Actions, Webpack, Gradle, Nginx, MongoDB, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and/or JUnit.
- 5+ years of experience with modern front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.), and web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Exposure to architectural design patterns of highly scaled web applications.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility challenges and client-side performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with RESTful API integration.
- 0-5% travel is required.
- Experience with building reusable UI components and design systems.
- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks.
- Experience with containerization and cloud services.
- Experience with micro-front-end architecture.
