Sr. Software Apps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and designers to develop mobile app based on their requirements. Also join the discussion, contribute your domain knowledge to improve the UX

• Work with a global mobile team to leverage the results from them.

• Prototyping for new UI and concept

• Involved in app testing, including unit test and UI automation test

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer science degree or related majors

• Strong software development experience and Android development skills

• 3-5 years of Android native development

• Strong knowledge in Java/Kotlin and Android framework

• Experience developing Android mobile applications using Android Studio, Android SDK, Google Play Services, and Android Compatibility Library

• Good communication and collaboration skills with user-focused thinking

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product quality and best practice for App performance

• Test automation in apps

• Strong knowledge on the difference between iOS and Android

• Ability to take initiative and be innovative

• Capable for both OS is a plus
